Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at lumoralights415@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will send the correct item or issue a full refund.

Change of Mind We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Return Shipping As we work with international suppliers, we do not accept physical returns. All issues are resolved through refunds or replacements handled via email.

Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and returned to your original payment method.
